The day has come when we can announce that things are coming together. We have reached the point where we are flirting with the trial launch of the first “driver” and the simultaneous launch of several supporting projects.
We have taken more time for a series of additional technological innovations, because these were unique opportunities. We have been joined by several other industry giants. Development, testing, and trials have been successful.
The main purpose of all these innovations is to make the systems longer, more robust, and more independent of other financial, industrial, economic, and environmental influences. This means that projects will be extremely stable in the long term, even faster to scale, indispensable and even more profitable.
In this announcement, we will take a brief snapshot of the situation and briefly recall all the key elements of the Themis Ecosystem (TE). But first, some important news.

We are finalizing the coordination of registration and checking the status of IRMU
We are pleased to inform you that, in parallel with the successful development of advanced technologies, the procedures, work, and execution in the field of IRMU sales have also moved. With the advancement of support mechanisms, this is now a top priority, as we receive predominantly questions from you on this topic.
Don’t worry, you will be informed about everything in due time.
On March 12, 2026, we will begin the final phase of registration and reconciliation of certain IRMU holders, followed by the first trading. We encountered a problem with our first attempt to contact holders, as despite repeated calls, approximately one-sixth of them did not respond to our calls. Without a complete record, which also includes data for some holders, we cannot continue the process.
We kindly ask you to respond to our calls from the above date. Those who do not respond even after three rounds of calls will be put on hold, contracts will be canceled, and payments will be returned.
TE status and elements overview
For a better understanding, we first state the current status of our activities, or where we are with the development of systems and subsystems.
The entire TE system consists of a few key elements. In addition to the We4Next Nation charity and the information center, the following main elements make up TE:
- “Drivers” (Biomas Ultima factory, Project Phoenix8 factory, and others),
- Online Industrial Exchange (OIX), which also includes IRMU/iTo and MonaLisa Vault,
- Affiliated unit Green Vertical Farming (GVF), which grows high-quality agricultural products under the John´s Organic Roots (JOR) brand,
- Affiliated unit Antistress Capsule under the Asclepius8 brand.
- Themis Ecosystem (TE)
The framework of everything is formed by TE, which, with its upgraded regulations, rules, and standards, represents a modern and extremely advanced environmental-economic-social environment. Various working groups are formed within TE, also in cooperation with external business and academic partners from several countries. Cooperation with them ensures that projects develop smoothly, even at the highest professional and scientific level.
This way, we ensure the best possible support for the long-term, optimal further development of systems and subsystems.
All the systems described below, which form the TE, ensure a faster transition to larger financial markets, which have already expressed a strong interest in participating. Greater and broader financial support will contribute to a faster development of the market for IRMU, to greater demand and, consequently, to a constant increase in the value of IRMU.

In addition, all systems are designed to reduce CO2 in the environment, create high added value in business, provide the highest possible support for the circular economy, local self-sufficiency, and green jobs with high added knowledge.
By controlling and managing the digitalization and monetization of usable raw materials, a system has been created that exceeds our expectations and is unique in the world.
OIX and IRMU
OIX is a platform that functions similarly to a “green” commodity exchange. It allows the purchase and sale of various “green” IRMUs (Industrial Raw Material Units). Holders will be able to monitor the market price in real time and trade smoothly.
IRMU is a legally so-called set of things or raw materials. It contains a proportional amount of all raw materials that the “driver” creates and will create in accordance with micro/macro plans. The raw materials are distributed into a pre-agreed and fixed number of IRMU, which always remains the same.
It means that IRMU is not just a virtual or symbolic instrument, but is backed by the real market valuema …bo še uno podru of the raw materials. The owner of IRMU is the real owner of a proportional amount of “green” raw materials.
The long-term stability and value of IRMU is ensured by a micro (10 years) and macro plan (20 years) for the spread of individual technologies on the market. Since each “driver” is contractually bound to expand production, and the number of IRMUs remains the same, the market value of IRMUs increases already in principle. Another undeniable reason for the increase in the value of IRMUs is the annual increase in market prices of strategic products included in IRMUs and the growing demand.
OIX will be launched in two steps. The first step will be a physical approach. IRMU holders will be asked to sell their units, which they will sell to a pre-identified buyer. So in the first phase, we will manually connect sellers and buyers.
The first phase will help us to better prepare for market reactions. At the same time, we will strengthen security and other protective functions to prevent abuse, errors, and downtime. Through this phase, we will also be better prepared for financial and tax regulations, as we want to bring IRMU to the highest possible professional level in this area as well.
In the second phase, we will launch the digital form of OIX. At that time, OIX will already function as a register, where all quantities of each produced and incoming products will be recorded in accordance with production and micro/macro plans. These will be transferred in the form of values to each IRMU holder in his/her personal part of the common register, via MonaLisa Vault (in the form of a simple application for IOS and Android).
MonaLisa Vault is a kind of checkpoint and personal key for easy and transparent access to the OIX registry. It allows IRMU holders to have a view of their personal ownership or balance of IRMU, monitor the market price in real time, and enable easy sale or purchase of them.
When someone sells or buys IRMU, they also reduce or increase their proportional supply of raw materials.
The choice of “drivers” and the entire digital platform are based on strategic raw materials, the price of which has only increased over the past 25 years. Due to the constant increase in demand, it is expected that it will also increase in the future. For this reason, IRMU will not be able to be sold below its market value. Sales below the market price will be protected by the so-called “lock-down value unit system”. There will always be enough demand, and the value will grow.
»Drivers«
“Drivers” are innovative technologies that can be connected to TE under very strict conditions and supervision of an expert committee. Each of them announces its own IRMU units, which are immediately available to small supporters, not just large institutions.
Our first “driver” is the environmentally friendly Biomass Ultima (BU) plant, which produces green energy and by-products or raw materials from waste wood biomass with high efficiency. It is optimized for the production of raw materials that are needed for agriculture and general existence (energy, food industry) and will therefore be relevant for at least the next 50 years. The plant operates without emissions into the air, water, or soil.

The technological design is unprecedented, and with all the latest adaptations, we are preparing it for a trial run.
We decided to launch it first because it is a smaller project and is technically less demanding. At the beginning, it was supposed to produce only electricity and a few by-products, after which we added new innovative applications of strategic importance for the country/countries.
This fulfills our goal of creating a revolutionary technological solution that is current and economically extremely efficient, actively reduces the level of CO2 in the environment, and is sustainable in the long term.
At the same time, we have also increased the number of employees. At this time, they are participating in the final works, learning how the technology works or is assembled so that they can operate it in an optimal way.
A second “driver” is coming soon, the Project Phoenix8 (PP8) factory. A special technology called Product Reincarnation Technology, which breaks down waste tires into original raw materials and produces “green” electricity and other useful raw materials. This technology also contains patents and innovations, operates without any emissions, and actively reduces CO2 in the environment.
The PP8 test line is already ready for the next step. We have carefully prepared the equipment at another location and tested it. Now the technology is waiting for the completion of the BU factory, after which we will quickly move it to the already reserved location in EU-Slovenia.
In the meantime, we have been preparing, building, and optimizing a third “driver”, which is a carbonation treatment plant. More about the project later.
As a result, we are preparing for three different IRMUs. The priority is, of course, the existing PP8 IRMU/iTo, and later the consistent launch of the others, in agreement with numerous funds that would like to have the widest possible market and new opportunities.
Antistress Capsule, Asclepius8
The revolutionary technology is based on a multidisciplinary, innovative concept of stress reduction. It has been tested through practical effects and confirmed by science. The combination of the effects of herbal essences, light, and sounds affects the brain receptors, and the body reacts by reducing the stress factor, without any side effects.
An effective and stable process of reducing the stress factor will be carried out at the highest scientific and professional level. This is also the first technology in the world that makes this possible.
The first Asclepius8 unit is already here, where we are carrying out the final finishing work, and then we will move it to another location, under the close supervision of professional medical staff.

The capsule is intended for public use free of charge under the auspices of We4Next Nation. It will initially be installed on one of the busy Slovenian streets, and then, as part of the “Month of Fighting Stress” program, we plan to move it to all major Slovenian cities on a monthly basis.
The project does not only include one device, as industrial tools have also been developed to meet demand from several countries.
Green Vertical Farming Unit (GVFU)
A unit for growing high-quality vegetables, herbs, etc. has also arrived. This is also being processed by a professional team, which is carrying out the final optimizations. In addition to the team preparing the unit for launch, there is also a second, professional team that is already preparing for the first production of vegetables under the JOR (John’s Organic Roots) brand.

One of the characteristics of the GVF project is also its social aspect and strong connection with the local environment. Namely, part of the crops will be distributed free of charge to socially disadvantaged families, kindergartens, schools, or nursing homes, in accordance with the decisions of the local community.
The rest of the crops will be sold to established agricultural producers who already have a guaranteed distribution network of regular customers. We also have great professional support from the University of Maribor, professional leaders, and laboratories for further research.
The GVF project is a functional solution to one of the most pressing problems in the industry: enormous energy consumption. Our technology has successfully resulted in half the consumption of comparable technologies in the world and is the only one that is powered exclusively from surpluses of a permanent energy source.
Alternative innovative power supply, lower primary energy consumption, resistance to climate conditions, and optimized recycling of irrigation water represent 4x lower CO2 emissions into the environment, compared to crops from conventional agricultural areas.
The GVF unit was developed as a potential application with the possibility of connecting to all PP8 and BU factories. As a result, the crop will be high-metal, pesticide-free, local, independent of climate change, and primarily intended for local self-sufficiency or resilience.
Next step
The next key step that we will establish is personal contact with you. We will start informing you personally as soon as possible to reconcile the situation with the registry and prepare for the start of trading with IRMU.
The project has grown to a much larger scale than we initially anticipated, but with the simultaneous establishment of the system, new employees, and better management, we are managing the expansion. We prepared for this more than a year ago with visits by around 1,500 participants who learned about the projects and prepared for these events.
At the same time, we will also launch websites for each project separately, which we will inform you about in due time. Each website will then more comprehensively present and manage all activities publicly.
Our goal is to get closer to the largest global industries, as our projects are, not only in our opinion, but also in the opinion of experts, among the leaders in the world.
