BREAKING NEWS, ONLINE INDUSTRIAL EXCHANGE

Announcement: OIX Exchange Information Launch

After a long and demanding preparation period, we are pleased and proud to announce that on Thursday, June 11, we will launch the new OIX Exchange informative website, together with the redesigned Themis Ecosystem (TE) website.
In its initial phase, the OIX website will serve as the central source of data about the financial dimension of the TE. It will provide a comprehensive overview of the processes, mechanisms, and components related to the trading and management of iTOs/IRMUs, bringing all relevant information together in one place.
At launch, the website will be solely informational, meaning that trading functionality will not yet be available. Nevertheless, supporters of TE will gain access to important data and insights regarding the ecosystem and its financial framework.
For the first time, the market value of the IRMU (Industrial Raw Material Unit) will be publicly disclosed, together with its current market cap or total dollar value of a publicly traded company’s outstanding IRMUs.
The website will be available at OIX.exchange.

The Work in the Background

The TE and Project Phoenix8 teams are working intensively to establish all necessary conditions for the start of IRMU trading as quickly as possible. At the same time, it is essential to comply with legal, regulatory, financial, and operational requirements.
These frameworks continue to evolve and, given the current geopolitical, economic, and strategic financial environment, are becoming increasingly stringent.
For this reason, trading will not initially be available on the online exchange or mobile application. Instead, the first phase will be conducted offline, on an over-the-counter basis.
We would also like to emphasize that IRMUs are not tradable yet. Once trading becomes available, all IRMU holders will be informed first and will receive direct notification.
Furthermore, before trading begins, representatives of TE will contact holders individually in order to verify and, where necessary, update their information and records.

A New Role of Themis Ecosystem

At the same time, the redesigned themisecosystem.com website will also go live.
Until now, the website has primarily served a promotional and informational purpose, bringing together all key information about the TE in one place. That information will remain available; however, it will gradually move into the background.
Taking center stage will be a preplanned concept that actually reflects the evolving final role of TE: the world’s leading executive regulatory authority for the standardization, enforcement, promotion, and implementation of the Themis Ecosystem framework.
This development follows the original vision that has guided the project from the beginning. That vision anticipated that, at a certain stage of its evolution, TE would cease to function merely as the central hub for activities conducted within the ecosystem and would progressively transition into a regulatory and governance role.
In practical terms, this means that TE will become the central supervisory authority of the framework. A carefully selected team will oversee the selection, evaluation, design, implementation, and ongoing compliance of projects already part of the TE framework, as well as those seeking to join it in the future.
As a result of this new TE role, every key element of the redesigned website has been structured to communicate and support a new function and strategic direction.

A Brief Overview of the Themis Ecosystem

As the TE enters its next phase of development, it is worth briefly revisiting the core components that together form the foundation of the framework.
At its highest level, TE functions as a structured ecosystem that combines technological innovation, environmental responsibility, regulatory oversight, and long-term value creation.
Through a combination of proprietary technologies, strategic partnerships, and carefully designed governance mechanisms, the framework connects industrial production, digital infrastructure, sustainability initiatives, and community-focused projects into a single operating model.
Here are the major pillars of the ecosystem.
The first are the Drivers—industrial technologies capable of generating valuable raw materials, energy, and other market-relevant outputs while operating emission-free. Biomass Ultima, the world’s most advanced biomass plant, is approaching pilot operations. Project Phoenix8, an innovative waste-to-energy technology, continues to advance toward deployment.
Additional technologies are progressing through development and optimization phases, while others are in preparation stages, aligning with TE requirements.
Each Driver contributes to the long-term growth of the ecosystem while creating the underlying value represented by its associated IRMUs.

The second pillar is the Online Industrial Exchange (OIX), together with IRMU and MonaLisa Vault. This infrastructure is designed to provide transparency, traceability, and a structured marketplace for ecosystem participants.
While trading functionality is still being prepared in accordance with regulatory requirements, the framework itself continues to advance toward its next operational milestone.
Alongside these industrial and financial components, TE also includes projects with broader social and environmental impact.
The Asclepius8 Antistress Capsule is preparing for public deployment and professional evaluation, while the Green Vertical Farming unit is undergoing final optimization before launching its first production cycle under the John’s Organic Roots brand.
More about individual projects will follow in the articles that follow shortly.

Sustainability, Responsibility, Innovation, and Value

What connects all of these initiatives is a common objective: creating practical solutions that combine economic sustainability, environmental responsibility, technological innovation, and measurable long-term value.
Over the past several years, the ecosystem has evolved well beyond its original scope. New technologies, additional teams, expanded partnerships, and increasing interest from both industry and financial stakeholders have accelerated development across multiple areas.
As a result, TE is steadily transitioning from a collection of individual projects into a comprehensive framework designed for long-term growth and international scalability.
More importantly, none of this would have been possible without the people who believed in the vision early on.
Your continued support, patience, and trust have helped transform ambitious concepts into tangible systems, technologies, and opportunities.
Every milestone achieved so far has been built not only through innovation and hard work, but also through the confidence of a community that chose to support the journey from the very beginning.
For that, we extend our sincere gratitude.
The most important—and rewarding—chapters finally arrived.
